It is a common thinking that a person can only love his or her own state and none else. But Robert E WRight is an exception in this regard. The love which he has got for the state of Connecticut and its environment and ecology is a rare thing to be found even in those people who are from the state itself. This type of love fort the ecology and environment is found in those people who have spent their lives in the purpose for the conservation of the environment and Mother Nature. Born in Oklahoma, he had to move to different towns because of his parents.
And thus, he developed a love for the beauty of the nature he had seen at places. Finally residing in the Connecticut, he was in love with the state in the first sight. Robert E WRight love at first sight became his obsession when he started thinking of the various ways to make it a habitable state. The state of Connecticut was in a state of mess when he started his mission to build it as a new one. The issues which he found out about the state are that the whole state is in need of a teaching about the issues of environment which is very curiously missing from the syllabus of the schools.
Robert E WRight sought for the funds to build up a course plan and the infrastructure to provide a systematic learning of the environmental issues to those students of the schools. In the whole process of the building up of the course plans for teaching of geography many of those international organizations helped with the funds. The whole endowment of the project was done by these organizations only. The organization of Robert E WRight made the commitment to the people of the state to have the lands and geography preserved from the heavy losses.
There are more to be said of the project of the nature’s son, as he is often called, Robert E WRight. Those incomes that the whole project generates from itself are to be used for the purpose and help of the CGA. The organization will build up colleges and education centre for the studying of environment and geography, for the training of the teachers about various issues of teaching the students with the lessons in geography etc. plus to have a Family Geography Challenge organized every year.
